- how to recognize craving when it comes out?
- Craving is the “I like it” or “I don’t like it” mind!

- when u relax the mind, you can see a lot of thing happening, your mind is very sharp and very pure. because u let go of craving.
- mindfulness of the breathing.
- The more you can recognized the mind when it is distracted and follows the mind
- Practice Loving Kindness meditation, you get more and more personal development.
- you will progress faster.

-Practicing the generousity; Smile and give your smile away. practice with thoughts, speech and action.
- Keeping precept without breaking it.
- The hindrance is the teachers, teaching you where is your weakness.
- relaxing by purifying your mind.
- Relaxing the mind during the meditation.

-Everything is suffering..
-How to let go of the suffering
-the way to letting go of suffering is to relax.

-mindfulness and concentration is not balance: the relax step is important.

- Eventually rediate loving kindness to all being and in all direction and at the same time

- the feeling of loving kindness will change to the feeling of compassion.
