Venerable Tsang Hui
导师认为要把佛教推向国际，首要的是语言问题，故于一九九七年，导师移居澳洲，一边学习英文，一边协助佛教的国际化。一九八一年，在白圣长老的鼓励下，导师草创了华藏寺。华藏寺的申请兴建起初受公众反对，并被市政拒绝。经过导师的争取，终于在一九八九年六月一日，土地及环境法庭宣布批准兴建。华藏寺于一九九二年十二月六日正式开幕。
The Venerable believed that the language issue was crucial for the advancement of Buddhism at the international level. In 1997, he moved to Australia to study English and contribute to the internationalization of Buddhism. In 1981, under the encouragement of Venerable Bai Sheng, Venerable Tsang Hui founded the Hwa Tsang Monastery. Initially, the application to build the Hwa Tsang Monastery was rejected by the local government. Thanks to the efforts of the Venerable, finally, on June 1, 1989, the Land and Environmental Court announced the approval of the construction. Hwa Tsang Monastery formally opened on 6 December 1992.

导师出生于台湾花莲凤林。十七岁于圆觉寺出家。一九六三年，三藏佛学院毕业后，导师到临济寺受三坛大戒，得戒和尚上白下圣长老。之后又到福严佛学院亲近印顺导师。这段因缘引发了导师倡导印顺导师的精神与思想。
Venerable Tsang Hui was born in Fenglin, Hualian, Taiwan and was ordained as a monk at the age of 17 at Yuanjue Monastery. In 1963, the same year of his graduation from Sangzang Dharma College, Venerable went to Linji monastery to accept precepts with Venerable Baisheng as preceptor. After this, he went to study from Venerable Yin Shun at Fuyan Dharma College. It was there his inspiration to initiate the spirit and ideology of Venerable Yin Shun germinated.
导师向来注重年轻人的教育。早在一九七九年，导师已开始补习班。主要学生对象为印支难民。从开始是的6-7人，至今学生超过200人。一九九八年二月，华藏寺获新南威尔斯州教育局核准为提供佛学师资的机构。
Venerable places much emphasis on the education of younger generation. As early as 1979, he had set up tuition classes, especially for students from Indo-China. From 6-7 students, the number of students has grown to more than 200. In February 1998, the Education department of New South wales approved Hwa Tsang Monastery as an institution providing qualified Buddhism teachers for primary and secondary schools.
以发展佛教最主要先从知识分子着手的信念，一九八一年导师协助带动了澳洲首间大学校园内的佛学社，慧命社，的成立。此举为往后成立的其他大学佛学社，如雪梨大学等，铺下了平坦大道。正信佛友会只是这一缘起的延续。
Believing that to promote Buddhism, it is first and foremost important to start with intelligentsia, Venerable helped to bring about the formation of UNIBUDS in 1981, the first Buddhist society on campus in Australia. This paved the way for other future Buddhist societies on campus, like at Sydney University and Macquarie University. Zheng Xin Buddhist Association is just a continuum of this.
1987年始，藏慧法师亦十分重视澳洲佛教的人才建设，与中国大陆佛教的交流，一大批的中国的法师来到澳洲弘法，交流，并在澳大利亚扎根，推动了今天澳洲佛教的发展，佛教多元文化融入社区，对澳洲社会的和谐稳定，宗教服务社会做出了很大的贡献。
2008年，中国福建福州燕山书院创立，是为都市中的一块净土，此书院由藏慧长老之法子，福州长乐市佛教协会会长照清法师负责并发起，藏慧长老之护法弟子全力护持赞助，2010年兴建完成，藏慧长老任书院导师。
Since 1987, Ven. Tsang Hui has great importance to the development of Buddhist talents in Australia, and has frequent exchanges with Buddhism in mainland China. A large number of Chinese monks came to Australia to promote Dhamma, Exchange, and established in Australia. This has promoted the development of Australian Buddhism today. The integration of culture into the community has made great contributions to the harmony & stability of Australian society and the Service of Buddhism.
"Yan Shan Shu Yan", Fuzhou, China established in 2008. It was initiated by Venerable Zhao Qing, the head of the Buddhist Association of Chang Le City, Fuzhou, and sponsored by the disciples of Venerable Tsang Hui. The construction was completed in 2010, and Venerable Tsang Hui served as a Patron of the college.
法师注重在于听闻佛法的思考中坚固正知正见以启发正信与正行。法师的学佛风格踏实而不好高骛远。他也常鼓励学生们深入地去研究佛法以建立正确的解行。法师智慧敏锐，悲心深厚；处处表现出大菩萨的慈悲精神。法师对佛理了解透切，也深具幽默感；说法辩才无疑外，亦能观机逗教；使人欢喜信受，是难得的佛教法将。
Venerable emphasizes listening to, pondering on and in-depth studying of Buddha Dharma to garner correct knowledge and opinion which would induce correct beliefs and actions. He has sharp wit and abundant compassion. His every action exudes the compassionate spirit of Bodhisattva. His understanding of Buddha Dharma is thorough, coupled with his good humor; his flair in debate is unstoppable. In addition, he is capable of teaching opportunistically, allowing the listeners to believe and accept joyfully, thus making him an indispensable Buddha Dharma army.
