【日常生活中修習波羅蜜的心態】

開示大義如下:

 

🔴波羅蜜

 

~需俢很長時間修波羅蜜

 

~要成佛需修波羅蜜

 

~解脱道也需修波羅蜜

 

~菩薩道也需修波羅蜜

 

🔵31界~生命存在的界

 

除了人,還有其他眾生

 

但同樣的每個衆生都會死

 

🔴四究竟真實 4 Ultimate Realities (Paramattha)

 

:89/121心識 Conciousness

 

:52心所 Mental Factors (Cetasika)

 

:28色法 Menteriality (Rupa)

 

:1涅盤 Nibbana

 

🔴涅槃需波羅蜜才能証得𣵀盤

 

🔵通過眼耳鼻舌身意

 

14不善心所

 

19+6善心所

 

🔸14不善

 

~瞋是"排斥"如:瞋Dosa,妒忌Issa,追悔Kukkuca,慳吝Macchariya

 

~貪是"捉"如:貪Lobha,邪見Ditthi,慢Mona

 

~痴是"迷糊" 如:痴Moha,無慚Ahiri,無愧Anottappa,掉舉Uddhacca,昏沉Thina,睡眠Minddha,疑Vicikiccha

 

🔸培養善的素質:

 

19 種善:

 

~Saddha 信

 

~Sati念

 

~Hiri慚

 

~Ottappa愧

 

~Alobha無貪

 

~Adosa無瞋

 

~Tatra-Majjhattata中含性

 

~身/心輕安 (Kaya/Citta-passaddhi)

 

~身/心輕快 (Kaya/Citta-Lahuta)

 

~身/心柔軟 (Kaya/Citta-muduta)

 

~身/心適業 (Kaya/Citta-Kammannata)

 

~身/心練達 (Kaya/Citta-pagunnata)

 

~身/心正直 (Kaya/Citta-ujukata)

 

🔸6種善的提昇:(Upgrade)

 

~正語 Samma-Vaca (Right Speech)

 

~正業 Samma-Kammanta(Right Action)

 

~正命 Samma-Ajiva (Right Livelihood)

 

~悲憫 Karuna (Compassion)

 

~遀喜 Mudita (Sympathetic Joy)

 

~慧根 Pannindriya (Wisdom)

 

🔹四種閳明方式:

 

1。相(Lakkana) 某一法持有的特別素質,或共有素質。

 

2。味/作用(Rasa) 是(a)功能,(b)成就作用(sampatti rasa)是獲得成果。

 

3。現起(Paccupatthana) (心之目標)在心中呈現出:upathanakara是究竟法在修行者心中呈現方式一本質,作用,因或果(其中一個)。Phala是究竟法的成果。

 

4。近因(Padatthana) 導致某個究竟法生起的最接近原因。

 

🔵日常生活中累積善業,導向涅盤

 

⚫️北傳波羅蜜有6種

 

🔵南傳波羅蜜有10種:

 

1️⃣布施波羅蜜:

 

~A good person gives in Five ways: out of faith, with respect, at the right time, generosity, without denigrating the other.

 

~Munca Cetano= relinquishing volition 脫欲思

 

~佈施的相是捨棄。

 

~作用:「功能」是消滅對佈施之物的執著

 

「成就」是獲得無瑕的財富。

 

~現在:不執著(心中感到從執著中解放出來)

 

。。。。。知道佈施有助於投生善道和獲得財富。

 

~近因:擁有可佈施之物。

 

2️⃣持戒波羅蜜:

 

~在戒絕殺生等身語惡行時生起之思,向長輩,老師等實行應做的義務時生起之思

 

~三種離心所,即正語(離語惡行),正業(離身惡行),正命(離邪命)

 

~無貪心所,無瞋心所,正見心所(也作無痴與慧)

 

~五種律儀

 

~不犯心所

 

Even the waters of the Ganges cannot wash away the stain of hatred, yet the water of virtue is able to do so. even yellow sandalwood cannot cool the fever of lust, yet virtue is able to remove it.

 

Virtue should be reflected upon as the basis for rapture and joy: as granting immunity from fear of self-reproach, the reproach of others, punishment, and an evil rebirth, as praised by the Wise, as the root- cause for freedom from remorse; as the basis for security.

 

Virtue surpasses the achievement of beauty for it makes one beautiful even to one’s enemies. It cannot be vanquished by the adversities of aging and sickness. ~ From A Treatise on the Parami by Acarina Dhammapala.

 

Evil is done by oneself alone: By oneself is one defiled.

 

Evil is avoided by oneself;

 

By oneself alone is one purified.

 

Purity and impurity depend on oneself: No one can purify another . (Dhpd 165)

 

~戒的相:防護人們的身語業

 

導向正確的方向

 

為一切善業的基礎

 

~作用:防止失控,不道德的身語行為

 

保持言行無瑕,不受智者指責

 

~現起:身語意之清淨

 

~近因:慚(羞於為惡)與愧(害怕為惡)

 

3️⃣出離波羅蜜:

 

~出離波羅蜜(nekkhama)出離心識與心所。

 

出離是指在感受到「物欲」(Vatthukoma),「煩惱欲」(kilesakoma)與生命界的不圓滿之後所生起的捨棄欲界之願。

 

~相:捨棄欲樂的欲求與欲界。

 

~作用:看透欲樂與生命的不圓滿。

 

~現起:遠離欲欲與欲界。

 

~近因是悚懼智(Samveganana)

 

4️⃣智慧波羅蜜:

 

透視諸法之共相與持相的智慧心所

 

~相:毫無錯誤地觀照目標的共相與特相。

 

~作用:如燈般照明其目標(驅除掩蓋事物之本質的黑暗愚痴Moha)

 

~現起:不混亂,如導引迷途旅的人。對目標不再愚痴。

 

~近因:定力或四聖諦。

 

Wisdom arises from spiritual practice: without practice it decays.

 

Knowing these paths of gain and loss, Conduct yourself so that wisdom grows.
