🟡 Some of main points of the Dhamma Talk are as follows:

💧 I'm starting to feel myself slowly aging. In fact, aging, sickness, and death have never been far from us — we’re just usually unaware of them. Many illnesses may appear to be physical issues, with no identifiable medical cause, but in reality, they are karmic illnesses. Once the karmic forces run their course, the illness may naturally improve. That’s why practitioners need to observe their inner mind more — not just focus on physical pain, but also understand the deeper causes and effects behind it.

⭐ The power of making vows is immense. As long as your mind is pure and determined, you will receive a lot of support. Different kinds of vows lead to different outcomes. Sometimes when things don't improve, it may be because we haven’t done enough.

Cultivation is like digging a well — everyone's causes and conditions are different. Some people strike water with shallow digging, while others have to dig deeper.

💧 We are the owners of our own karma. For example, the Buddha experienced twelve kinds of negative karmic results, including being falsely accused, headaches, dysentery, etc. The Buddha didn’t avoid negative karma but faced it courageously. Even though the Buddha experienced pain, there was no suffering in his heart.

So whether it’s in life, work, or illness, there is always a cycle of suffering in life. We need to learn to face suffering and live with it.

If suffering arises in the heart, then it must also end in the heart.

⭐ Life is like an examination hall — it reveals many truths. Oftentimes, making the wrong choice is okay — only through mistakes do we learn what’s right. If you can’t make the right choice, keep progressing diligently.

Don’t give up easily. Keep going, and eventually, you’ll find the right answer. Just like Angulimala, who once committed great crimes but was still able to turn back and correct himself in the end.

💧 Finally, let us wish each other well — to grow and benefit through the Dharma.
