🔴《什么是心念》

心念,就是我们内心产生的想法和念头。有些是善的,有些是不善的。不善的心念常来自负面情绪,比如:担忧、无明、嗔恚等。


🟡《为什么要关照心念?》

当不善的心念升起,如果我们没有觉察和关照,就容易失去理智,造作恶业。恶业一旦种下,可能在生生世世中持续,直到彻底解脱、涅槃之前都难以终结。


🟢此外,心念还有一个危险之处:它容易让我们执着于“我”的存在。不断强化“这是我的想法”、“这是我”,从而加深“我见”,远离正道。


🔵《怎么培养正念、觉察心念?》

1️⃣ 觉知当下身心生起的现象-不被它牵引, 不过度反应,不跟着念头走。


2️⃣ 直面所缘(Face to Face)-面对升起的念头或情绪,不逃避、不压制。清楚的看着它。


3️⃣ 中立观照- 心中保持中立、如第三者般观察。不批判、不介入。避免“我执”增强。只是“看着它”,不给它行动的空间,削弱其力道。


4️⃣ 如理作意 -透过正见(如理作意),洞察其本质:无常、苦、无我:默念“一切都是无常”、心从执着转向灭趣。


🟣《总结》

修行时没有体会和忆起“无常”,就很难真正用正见去面对念头。把“无常”作为心中深刻的印记(imprint),这才能产生智慧,脱离烦恼。


🔴《What is Thoughts》

Thoughts is the thinkings and ideas that arise in our mind. Some are good, and some are bad. Bad thoughts often come from negative emotions, such as worry, ignorance, anger, etc.


🟡《Why should we care about our thoughts? 》

When bad thoughts arise, if we are not aware and caring, we will easily lose our rationality and create bad karma. Once bad karma is planted, it may continue in life after life until it is completely liberated and nirvana.


🟢In addition, there is another dangerous thing about thoughts: it makes us cling to the existence of "I". Constantly strengthening "this is my thought" and "this is me", thereby deepening "self-view" and moving away from the right path.


🔵《How to cultivate mindfulness and be aware of thoughts? 》

1️⃣ Be aware of the phenomena that arise in the body and mind at the moment-don't be dragged by it, don't overreact, and don't follow the thoughts.


2️⃣ Face to Face - face the thoughts or emotions that arise, don't escape or suppress them. Look at it clearly.

3️⃣ Neutral observation - Keep a neutral mind and observe like a third party. Do not criticize or intervene. Avoid the strengthening of "ego". Just "watch it" and do not give it room to act, weakening its power.


4️⃣ Right attention - Through right view (right attention), see its essence: impermanence, suffering, and no self: silently recite "everything is impermanent", and turn the mind from attachment to extinction.


🟣《Summary》

If you do not experience and remember "impermanence" during practice, it is difficult to truly face thoughts with right view. Take "impermanence" as a deep imprint in your heart, which will generate wisdom and get rid of troubles
