🌸 值此农历五月初五端午佳节，「正信佛友会」谨向大众致以诚挚的祝福：愿大家「端午安康，身心清净，福慧增长」。

🌼 端午节源远流长，相传为纪念战国时期忠臣屈原投江殉国之事。百姓以粽子投江、竞渡龙舟，以寄哀思与敬意。这份对忠义与正直的缅怀，体现了中华文化中对正气与德行的重视。

🌸 从佛法的角度来看，外在的纪念更启发我们内观自心。佛陀教导我们，修行在于「守护正念，远离贪嗔痴三毒」，以智慧照见无常，以慈悲利益众生。端午时节，亦可视为提醒我们“护心如护城”，不让烦恼侵扰清净本性。

🌼 粽叶层层包裹，象征摄持善念；龙舟齐心竞渡，象征精进与共修。在这一天，让我们以一份觉知，安住当下，培育善业，将佛法落实于生活之中。

🌸 On this special day of the Dragon Boat Festival, Zheng Xin Buddhist Association extends our heartfelt wishes to all: May you be blessed with 「peace, well-being, and growth in wisdom and compassion」.

🌼 The origins of this festival are traditionally linked to the commemoration of Qu Yuan, a loyal minister of the Warring States period who devoted himself to his country. The customs of dragon boat racing and the offering of rice dumplings reflect remembrance, respect, and the enduring values of integrity and righteousness in Chinese culture.

🌸 From the perspective of the Buddha Dhamma, such remembrance also invites us to turn inward. The Buddha taught that true practice lies in 「guarding the mind and abandoning greed, anger, and delusion」, while cultivating wisdom to understand impermanence and compassion to benefit all beings.

🌼 The wrapping of dumplings symbolizes the protection of wholesome thoughts, while the synchronized effort of rowing a dragon boat reflects diligence and unity in practice. On this meaningful day, let us return to mindfulness, nurture inner clarity, and embody the teachings in our daily lives.
