🌱 清明節，又稱掃墓節，是緬懷祖先、表達孝思的重要時刻。在這個追憶故人的日子裡，讓我們透過佛法的智慧，反思生命的無常與珍貴。

✨ 佛陀教導我們：『一切有為法，如夢幻泡影，如露亦如電，應作如是觀。』——《金剛經》

🌱 親人的離去提醒著我們生命的無常，但佛法讓我們明白，真正的孝道不僅在於祭祀，更在於自身的修行與心靈的成長。藉著清明掃墓，我們可以：

💠 培養感恩心：感念祖先的恩德，珍惜當下與家人相處的每一刻。

💠 思惟無常法：透過對生死的反思，警醒自己把握現前，精進修行。

💠 回向功德：以誦經、禪修、行善等善行，回向已故親人，祈願他們離苦得樂，往生善處。

🌱 清明不僅是懷舊的日子，更是一個自我省思與心靈淨化的契機。讓我們在掃墓之餘，修習正念，將慈悲與智慧延續於日常生活中，這才是最殊勝的供養。

🌱 願大家在這個清明節，心懷感恩，行持善法，與親人共度充滿正念與慈悲的時光。

🌱 Qing Ming Festival, also known as Tomb-Sweeping Day, is a significant time to honor our ancestors and express filial piety. On this day of remembrance, let us reflect on the impermanence and preciousness of life through the wisdom of the Dhamma.

✨ The Buddha taught us: 『All conditioned phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, or shadows; like dew or a flash of lightning; thus should you view them.』 — Diamond Sutra

🌱 The passing of loved ones reminds us of life’s impermanence, but the Dhamma helps us understand that true filial piety lies not only in rituals but also in personal cultivation and spiritual growth. Through the practice of Qing Ming, we can:

💠 Cultivate Gratitude: Appreciate the virtues of our ancestors and cherish every moment with our family.

💠 Contemplate Impermanence: Reflect on the nature of life and death to awaken ourselves to the present moment and diligently practice the path.

💠 Dedicate Merits: Perform wholesome deeds such as chanting, meditation, and acts of kindness, dedicating the merits to our departed loved ones, wishing them peace and favorable rebirths.

🌱 Qing Ming is not just a day of nostalgia but also an opportunity for self-reflection and spiritual purification. Beyond the act of tomb-sweeping, let us practice mindfulness, and carry compassion and wisdom into our daily lives—this is the most supreme offering.

🌱 May everyone embrace gratitude, uphold

wholesome practices, and spend meaningful, mindful, and compassionate moments with loved ones this Qing Ming Festival.
