🌟 在我們生命的旅程中，父親如山般沉穩，是默默守護的力量。他或許話不多，但總在關鍵時刻給予我們支持與方向。他的肩膀，曾是我們小時候最高的“世界”；他的背影，是我們成長路上最堅定的引領。

🌀 佛教教導我們「四恩」之中，父母恩居首。經典《佛說父母恩重難報經》中，佛陀曾深切開示：父母給予我們生命、養育之恩，重如須彌山，即使背父母繞千佛塔，也難以報答他們的深恩厚德。

🌟 在這特別的一天，讓我們以一顆感恩心，向父親說聲：「謝謝您。」

🌀 也許是一通電話、一句問候、一頓飯或一次擁抱；更可以以佛教徒的方式，為在世或已故的父親誦經回向，迴向福慧資糧，願父親身心安康、福壽增長，乃至往生淨土。

🎐願天下父親，無論身在何處，皆得安樂、健康、自在。

🎐願我們不只在今天，而是天天都記得報父母恩，行孝於當下。

🌟 In the journey of our lives, a father is like a mountain—steadfast, silent, and strong. He may not say much, but his presence offers support and direction when we need it most. His shoulders were once the highest “world” we knew as children; his back, the most reliable guide as we grew.

🌀 In Buddhism, among the Four Great Kindnesses, the kindness of parents comes first. In the Sutra on the Profound Kindness of Parents and the Difficulty in Repaying It, the Buddha reminded us that the debt we owe our parents—especially our father and mother—is as weighty as Mount Sumeru. Even if we were to carry our parents around a thousand Buddha stupas, we would still fall short of repaying their boundless compassion.

🌟 On this special day, let us offer our heartfelt gratitude and say: “Thank you, Dad.”

🌀 It could be through a phone call, a kind word, a shared meal, or a warm embrace. For those who practice the Dharma, we can also recite sutras and dedicate the merits to our fathers—whether living or departed—wishing them peace, good health, long life, or rebirth in a Pure Land.

🎐May all fathers in the world, wherever they may be, be blessed with peace, health, and ease.

🎐May we not only express gratitude today, but remember to honour and care for our parents every day.
