🟡适逢学校假期，【正信佛友会】组织一场大家可齐聚的亲近大自然亲子户外活动 ，具体细节如下：

🟡日期 ：12-3-2023（星期日）（学校假期）
地点 ： Sungai Congkak Recreational Forest, Hulu Langat
🟡集合时间：早上 7: 30am
🟡结束时间：下午 5: 00pm

🟡集合地点：
- 住在 Puchong 范围的佛友们，可以 7: 30am 在正信佛友会，Bandar Puteri Puchong 集合，然后一起共车 carpool 到 Sungai Congkak。
- 住在其他地方不方便到 Puchong 的佛友，可以依照自己的距离安排行程，8: 45am 在 Sungai Congkak 大门前停车场集合。

🟡活动：野餐，亲子游戏，水里活动

🟡膳食：费用包括早餐和午餐（部分非素食）

🟡费用（包括入门票，早餐，午餐，不包括交通费、不包括过路费、不包括停车费）：
- RM10/人，大人小孩一样费用
- 部分费用将由【正信佛友会】赞助，我们欢迎任何金额的捐款。
-【正信】会员、【正信佛学班】的学生和家长优先。
报名将基于「先到先得」的原则。

🟡注意事项：
- 请遵守所有场地的规定和安全要求，以确保您和您的孩子的安全。
- 所有参与的家长需照顾好自己的孩子。
- 所有参与者须注意自身安全和财物，如在活动期间及活动结束后对自己和 / 或第三方造成任何意外、损失和伤害，主办方一概不负责。
- 活动前请确保您和您的孩子身体健康，如果您或您的孩子感到不适，请不要参加活动。
- 如果您有任何特殊要求或需要额外帮助，请在报名时告知主办方，以便他们为您提供帮助和支持。

- 穿【正信】T恤和舒适的服装。
- 深色衣物以方便进行水里活动
- 额外更换衣物，水里活动过后可以更换
- 拖鞋（四处散步，走进河里进行活动）
- 帽子/雨伞（如果下雨或天氣炎热）
- 请带上足够的饮用水和小食，以保持您和您的孩子的能量和水分。
- 如果需要，请准备防晒霜和蚊虫喷雾剂，以保护您和您的孩子免受阳光和蚊虫叮咬。

🟡 During the school holidays, Zheng Xin Buddhist Association is organizing an outdoor event to step into the nature with parents and their children. The details of the event are as follows:

🟡Date:  12-3-2023 (Sunday) (School Holiday)

Location: Sungai Congkak Recreational Forest, Hulu Langat

🟡 Meeting Time:  7:30am
End Time:  5:00pm

🟡Meeting Point:
- Buddhist friends living within the Puchong area can meet at 7:30am at the Zheng Xin Buddhist Association, Bandar Puteri Puchong and carpool together to Sungai Congkak.
- Buddhist friends living in other areas can arrange their own transportation according to their distance and meet at the Sungai Congkak main gate parking lot at 8:45am.

🟡Activity: Picnic, Family Games, Water Activities

🟡 Meals: The cost includes breakfast and lunch (some non-vegetarian)

🟡Cost (includes admission ticket, breakfast, lunch, but does not include transportation fees, toll fees, or parking fees):
- RM10/person, same cost for adult and children

- Some of the costs will be sponsored by the Zheng Xin Buddhist Association, and we welcome any amount of donations.

- Priority will be given to members of the Zheng Xin Buddhist Association, students of Zheng Xin Buddhist Classes, and their parents.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

🟡Important Notes:
- Please follow all the rules and safety requirements of the venue to ensure the safety of you and your child.
- All participating parents must take care of their children.
- All participants should pay attention to their own safety and property. The organizer will not be responsible if any accidents, losses, or injuries occur to themselves and/or third parties during or after the activity.
- Please ensure that you and your child are in good health before the activity. If you or your child feel unwell, please do not participate in the activity.
- If you have any special requirements or need extra assistance, please inform the organizer during registration so that they can provide help and support.

🟡 Please bring:
Wear a Zheng Xin T-shirt and comfortable clothes.
- Dark-colored clothes for water activities.
- Extra clothes to change after water activities.
- Flip-flops (for walking and water activities)
- Hat/umbrella (in case of rain or hot weather)
- Please bring enough drinking water and snacks to keep you and your child energized and hydrated.
- If necessary, prepare sunscreen and mosquito repellent to protect yourself and your child from the sun and mosquito bites.

🟡 我们很遗憾地通知您，原定于本下周末12-3-2023去参观位于双溪忠阁的一日游已经取消。不幸的是，由于该地区目前正值雨季，当天的天气预报预示着会有大量降雨，这将会使这次旅行不安全且不愉快。

🟡 此外，我们还收到了不多的报名人数，这些人数并不足以使此次旅行成行。我们为此次取消可能带来的任何不便向您道歉。

🟡 已经报名并支付旅行费用的所有会员将获得全额退款。

🟡 我们理解您对取消此次旅行的失望，感谢您对正信佛友会的支持和理解。

🟡 We regret to inform you that the one-day trip to Sungai Congkak, which was scheduled for next weekend 12-3-2023 has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the weather forecast for the day predicts heavy rainfall due to the ongoing raining season in the area, making the trip unsafe and unpleasant.

🟡 Moreover, we also received a low number of registrations for the trip, which is not sufficient to make the trip viable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this cancellation.

🟡 All members who have already registered and paid the fee for the trip will receive a full refund of their payment.

🟡 We understand your disappointment regarding the cancellation of the trip, Thank you for your understanding and continued support to the Zheng Xin Buddhist Association.
