農曆五月初五是中國人的重要日子。 這一天被稱為【端午節】，在中國各地慶祝。 這個節日可以追溯到大約 2000 年前，它紀念【屈原】的逝世，屈原是一位以愛國主義和對古典詩歌的貢獻而聞名的中國詩人和大臣，最終成為民族英雄。

The 5th day of the 5th month of the lunar year is an important day for the Chinese people. The day is called 【Duan Wu Festival】, or 【Dragon Boat Festival】, celebrated everywhere in China. This festival dates back to about 2,000 years ago, It commemorates the death of 【Qu Yuan】, a Chinese poet and minister known for his patriotism and contributions to classical poetry and who eventually became a national hero.

Live in the present moment, and your body and mind will be at ease; compassion, joy, happiness, and wisdom will strengthened! On this Dragon Boat Festival Day, May the 【Triple Gem】 bless you all happy, auspicious and with lots of happiness!
