”佛陀如同世间的所有父亲一样爱护孩子，教导孩子，但他的智慧又不同于世间的父亲一般，而是超越凡俗的“父子之情”。而作为父亲的佛陀还说过，“我视一切众生如罗睺罗……”他慈爱呵护一切众生犹如一子。

《妙法莲华经》中有提到，佛陀慈父慈悲极致，悲心无量，恩德如山，赐予众生法身慧命，指引教诲众生学习宇宙的真理，延续滋养众生的慧命成长，让众生得以开启本智从迷失走向觉悟，引领众生修行正法回归自性出离生死苦海走向解脱到达光明的彼岸。

父爱如山，恩重难报，值此佳节，【正信佛友会】祈愿天下所有的父亲，吉祥安康平安。

"As with all fathers of the world, Buddha loves and teaches children, but his wisdom is different from that of fathers of the world. Like a father, the Buddha also said, "I see all sentient beings like Rahula..." He takes loving care of all sentient beings as a child.

It is mentioned in the Lotus Sutra (Saddharma-Pundarika Sutra) that the Buddha's fatherly love is extremely kind, has boundless compassion, and the gratitude is as heavy as a mountain. He bestows the Dharma body and wisdom life of all beings, guides and teaches all sentient beings to learn the truth of the universe, continues the growth of the wisdom life that nourishes all living beings, and enables all living beings to be enlightened. Inspire the original wisdom that has gone from loss to enlightenment, leading all living beings to practice the Dharma and return to their own nature.
