15th Annual General Meeting 2013 <第15會員常年大會>

25-8-2013: 正信佛友會第十五屆常年大會(Zheng Xin Buddhist Association - The 15th. annual General Meeting)

- Outgoing President Sis. Ong Yen Lee briefed on short history of ZX formation; it is not easy for ZX to last for 15 years.
- She highlighted that ZX's mainstream is Mahayana Buddhism but welcomes all practices of Buddhism including the Theravada and Vajrayana Buddhism.
- ZX is a good cultivating place and need everyone's support to make it grow even further.
- She thanked those who has supported and contributed voluntarity to the centre.

Outgoing Secretary Bro. Yeap Teck Hooi showed a slide presentation of the ZX activities throughout the years with Slow Jazz music played in the background! Bro. Yeap later mentioned that he felt very "touch" looking thru those ZX "down Memory lane" photos!!

- Outgoing Treasurer Bro. Chong Chee Oon later presented the financial report.

- The meeting were later handed over to Bro. Kok Hee Poh to be the returning officer to conduct the election of the new ZX EXCO for the year 2013/2015

The ZX Annual General Meeting Day!

- It's MAKAN TIME!
- It's catered Vegetarian food and special Fried Yee Mee for the children too!
- There are also Vege "Cha Xiu" and special home made Moon cake prepared by "none other" than our ZX Cook Sis Neo Mok Hon!
- and..... Of course... Whenever there are food, our dedicated Sis Anne Tang is always there to assist....!! Sadhu!
