SMK Puchong Utama (1) ZX Visit

今天55 位來自SMK Puchong Utama (1) 的學生到「正信佛友會」舉行考前的宗教活動。由「韋彰師兄」跟學生們分享考試與人生，及做人處世如何成功及快樂之道。

「偉幹師兄」接下來指導他們考試的秘訣，應該如何準備等技巧。

2位「正信青少年班」的学生：「睿函」和「靜镁」也教唱佛曲。

最後由「永雋比丘」對他們開示佛法，及指導靜坐的方法並當場實習安般念。由專注出入息而達到念住，放鬆与安穩。師父指出有寧靜的心才能達到學習効果。

這個每年的例常活動在師父念經祝福聲中圓滿結束。🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😄

Today, 55 students from SMK Puchong Utama (1) held religious activities at "Zheng Xin Buddhist Association".

"Bro Eric Keng" shared with the students on "Examination and Life", "The way of life" and "How to be successful and Happy".

"Bro Wai Khon" then elaborated on "Tips of Examination" & "How to be prepared and it's skill"

2 Students from the "Zheng Xin Youth Group" "Jui Han" & "Jin Mei" taught on the Buddhist Song singing.

Finally, "Saddha Yongjun" delivered the Dhamma talk; he guided them on "The way of Meditation" and practice of "Anapanasati". Contemplation on the breathing till full Concentration, Relaxation and Tranquility。 "Saddha Yongjun" pointed out that only a Calm mind will lead to the Achievement of Practice.

This year's regular activity ended happily with the chanting and Blessing by "Saddha Yongjun".🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😄
