⏳At around 11am in the morning, secretary. Sis Chai Chin announced that the quorum reached and Annual General meeting proceeded at Zheng Xin Buddhist. Association.

⌚The President, Bro Heng presided the meeting and started with the reading and adoption of minutes of last year 2019 AGM.

⏰Thereafter, President delivered his speech on the overall development of ZX for year 2018/2020. The effect of COVID 19 pandemic on ZX and way ahead. He spoke on the ZX Facebook and Website. He proposed to. Amend the constitution of ZX from AGM to BGM (Biennial General Meeting) next year.

⏱️Assistant Secretary, Bro Chua YF displayed a video clip; Secretary CHAI Chin presented her report on ZX activities throughout year 2019/2020. There are Regular Sunday Dhamma Class/Activities, Dhamma Talk by Venerable, Youth Life Camp, Chinese New Year Celebration, Yoga class, Online Wesak Day celebration, WeCare Donation, External Organisation visit, Online Dhamma Talk and Online Youth Dhamma Talk etc. The Secretary also thanked all volunteers for their contribution to ZX.

⏲️Following that, Treasurer, Sis.Pei En tabled ZX Financial. Statement for year 2019/2020. She reported on the expenses, collection and available fund. ZX Fund is low and donation is needed to maintain ZX.

🕰️When all the reports finished, the floor discussed some of the matters below:

- Covid 19 and the opening/commencement of ZX activities.

- Online classes.

- Government Grant

- Cleaning, Maintenance and installation of new air con.

- Left over Dana for. Printing of sutras.

- Short Trip/Outing.

Etc..

⏳正信秘书Sis彩晶于大约在上午11点宣布「正传佛友会」达到法定人数，并举行了年度会员大会。

⌚主席Bro Heng主持了会议，并开始阅读和通过了2019年度股东大会的会议记录。

⏰接著，主席发表了关于「正信」 2019/2020年整体发展的說詞。  COVID 19疫情对「正信」的影响以及未来的发展，「正信」 Facebook和网站的進展。 他提议。 明年将「正信」的章程从AGM修改为BGM（两年一次的会员大会）。

⏱️助理秘书Bro Chua展示了一个视频片段, 祕書Sis彩晶介绍了2019/2020年「正信」整年活动的报告。 有定期的星期天佛学班活动，法師弘法，青年生活营，农历新年大團拜，瑜咖班，网上卫塞庆祝活动，愛心❤️捐助，對外參訪，在线弘法和在线上少年组交流等。秘书还感谢所有志愿者为「正信」所做的贡献。

⏲️之后，财政Sis佩恩提呈了 2019/2020年的财政声明。 她报告了费用，收款和可用资金。「正信」资金不足，需要捐款来维持「正信」。

🕰️所有报告完成后，会议讨论了以下一些问题：

-Covid 19疫情和「正信」活动的重开事项。

-在线课程。

- 政府补助

-清洁，维护和安装新的空调。
