第23届「正信佛友會」常年會員大會：
「Zheng Xin Buddhist Association」Annual General Meeting no. 23:

Today ZX held the Annual General meeting at 10:30am via ZOOM.

Out-going Secretary confirmed that there are a total of 28 members attended the meeting and sufficient quorum for the meeting to proceed.

The Minutes of last year AGM was read and adopted without correction.

Out-going President Bro. Heng Gee Hooi delivering his overview on the current affair of ZX especially in relation to the Covid pandemic, Movement Control Order (MCO) and the adaptation of Buddhist activities via E-Media. The President also thanked all those who has contributed to the association.

The Secretary Sis. Chai Chin presented the video on ZX activities and event carried out for the year 2020/2021 prepared by Assist Secretary Bro. Chuah Young Fong.

The Out-going Treasurer Sis. Pei En reported on the the audited account for ZX for the year 2020/2021 and adopted .

The Out-going President then declared the dissolution of the EXCO 2019/2021.

The Returning Officer Bro. Jian Hao then conduct the election via poll.  A new ZX EXCO for the year 2021/2023 has been elected.

There being no other matters, The meeting adjourned at 1:07pm.

今天早上10:30，【正信佛友会】通过ZOOM召开了年度会员常年大会。

离任秘书确认出席会议的委员共28人，会议法定人数足以召开会议。

会议阅读并通过了去年年度会员常年大会的会议记录，未经更正。

即将卸任的会长【邢诒伟师兄】概述了【正信】当前的事件，特别是与新冠肺炎、行动管制令 (MCO) 和通过电子媒体进行佛教活动有关的事情。会长还感谢所有为佛学会做出贡献的人。

即将卸任的秘书【叶彩晶师姐】展示了由助理秘书【蔡永豐师兄】准备的关于【正信】 2020/2021 年度活动的视频。

即将卸任的财政【佩恩师姐】汇报了正信 2020/2021年度经审计的账目并通过。

卸任主席随后宣布解散 EXCO 2019/2021。

选举主任】建豪师兄】接著通过投票方式进行选举並选出了2021/2023 年的【正信执行委员 】.
