⚡上午10點左右，秘書桂枚师姐宣佈已達到法定人數，双年度會員大會于正信佛友会正式进行。

⚡隨後，宣讀並通過了去年2023/2025年度会员常年大會的會議記錄。

⚡主席刘师兄會議並就正信整體活動致開幕詞，並感謝所有志願者、老師和會員這一年來為正信所做出的不懈貢獻。主席也匯報了2023/2025年正信全年活動情況。有例常週日佛学班/活動、法師開示、儿童生活營、新年大團拜活動、衛塞節慶祝活動、州聯合衛塞節慶祝、捐血、郊遊、慈光24等。

⚡秘書桂枚师姐匯報了2023/2025年正信全年活動情況统计数计。

⚡接下來是副財政燕丽师姐提出正信2023/2025 年度財政報告、費用、募集資金和可用資金。

⚡當所有報告完成後，主席刘师兄宣布解散本屆執委會。

⚡Sis. Alice Liew 师姐作為選舉官上台主持 2025/2027 年正信新執委選舉。

⚡會議於中午 12 時 03 分休會。

⚡At around 10 a.m., Secretary Sis. Kooi Mey announced that a quorum had been reached, and the Biennial General Meeting officially commenced at the Zheng Xin Buddhist Association.

⚡The minutes of the 2023/2025 Annual General Meeting were then read and adopted.

⚡The President Bro. Liew addressed the meeting and delivered an opening speech on Zheng Xin's overall activities, thanking all volunteers, teachers, and members for their tireless contributions to Zheng Xin over the past year. The President also reported on Zheng Xin's annual activities for 2023/2025. These included regular Sunday Buddhist classes and activities, Dharma talks, children's camps, a New Year's gathering, Wesak Day celebrations, state-wide Wesak Day celebrations, blood donation, outings, and Metta 24.

⚡Secretary Sis. Kooi Mey reported on the statistics of Zheng Xin's annual activities for 2023/2025.

⚡Next, Assist Treasurer Sister Yen Lee presented Zheng Xin's 2023/2025 financial report, expenses, fundraising, and available funds.

⚡After all reports were completed, the President Brother Liew announced the dissolution of the current Executive Committee.

⚡Sister Alice Liew, acting as the Returning Officer, presided over the election of the new Zheng Xin Executive Committee for 2025/2027.

⚡The meeting adjourned at 12:03 p.m.

⚡ 于2025年8月3日举行的第2届双年度会员大会/第25届正信会员大会，新任正信执行委员己選出，任期從20235年至2027年。
