❤️ 元旦早上7点30分，【正信佛友会】代表齐聚Samadhi Vihara。 参加了一个简短的说明会后，与来自【Lotus Buds Metta Circle】的代表一起进入了大殿。

❤️ 我们一起从早上 8 点到 9 点诵唸「慈经」(Karaniaya Metta Sutta) 一个小时。

❤️作为【慈愛】环球计划的延伸，【同一世界、同一時间、同一慈愛】聚集了世界各地志同道合的人进行慈心禪 - 无论他们身在何处 -同建一个全球集体意识的慈爱聯系。于每年的最后一个周末24小時将慈心散播到世界各个时区。

❤️ 诵经结束后，我们迴向功德予世界和平、和谐与稳定。

❤️ 【24小時慈愛】 是由 Mahinda 尊者于 12 年前发起的。 这也许是佛教徒庆祝和欢迎元旦到来的最有意义的方式吧。

❤️ At 7:30am on New Year's Day, representatives of the Zheng Xin Buddhist Association met at Samadhi Vihara. Attended a short briefing before being ushered into the main Hall together with representatives from【Lotus Buds Metta Circle】.

❤️ Together, we changed the 「Karaniaya Metta Sutta」 for one hour from 8 am to 9 am.

❤️ This is an extension of the Metta Round the World initiative, One World, One Time, One Metta gathers like-minded people the world over to practice Metta meditation  – from wherever they are – creating a global network of collective consciousness on loving-kindness, by radiating Metta in every time zone for 24 hours throughout the world in the last weekend of the year.

❤️ At the end of the chanting, we dedicated the merits for world peace, harmony, and stability.

❤️ The Metta 24-hour was initiated by Venerable Mahinda 12 years ago. This is perhaps one of the most meaningful ways in which Buddhists celebrate and welcome the arrival of the New Year.
